Two business lines. One entity.

Mexico operates the largest dental services market in Latin America at $8–10B. Layered on top: the existing $1.5–2B/year US-patient cross-border flow. KingDental Mexico organizes both — KDM-CB across the border, KDM-DP across the country. We don't create demand. We organize demand that already exists.

Two layers of demand. Both already here.

Mexico is the largest dental services market in LATAM and the world's most established under-organized dental tourism destination. The opportunity isn't to invent demand — it's to build the platform layer that organizes the demand the market already has.

KDM-CB & KDM-DP. Under one entity.

Both lines share KingDental brand, technology, KardOne AI infrastructure, parent capital structure, and senior leadership. They operate with distinct go-to-market teams, separate KPIs, and independent P&L — enabling sum-of-parts valuation while protecting strategic integration.

Five cities. One patient flow.

The US-Mexico dental tourism flow has tripled since 2020. Average US implant: $4,500. Equivalent procedure in Mexico: $900. No platform organizes this flow at scale. Three structural moats.

01

Existing demand

1.2–1.5M Americans already cross the border for dental care every year. $1.5–2B in spend already happens. MOE doesn't create demand — we organize demand that already exists. Competing ventures that try to manufacture cross-border interest through marketing spend are structurally disadvantaged.

02

Platform-layer position

Mexican dental has been served by either DSO consolidators (acquiring owned clinics) or aggregators (driving traffic without operational integration). The platform-layer approach — providing tiered infrastructure services to independent clinics while remaining clinic-agnostic — has not been executed at scale in Mexico.

03

Vietnam-validated playbook

KingDental Vietnam Operating Entity has already validated the model in an analogous market. MOE applies the validated playbook to the larger Mexican market with the added cross-border layer. The MOE-to-VOE 1.6× valuation ratio reflects that compounding.
